I've had my Versa 2 for two weeks now and mostly love it, but there is one major problem for me. My phone says it is properly paired and other apps (like Spotify and SimpleCheckUp) find it without a problem, but when I go to the music controls area and select the phone, it says that I need to pair my phone. I have tried rebooting phone and watch, unpairing and setting the watch up again, turning Bluetooth off and on again, and reinstalling the app....nothing. Anyone have any ideas? If I can't fix this I will be returning it.
And I can't just play music from my watch to solve the problem, because it refuses to connect to my MPow earbuds (connects to the MPow over ear set I have without an issue but I don't take those on walks). It sees them and says "connecting" but then just says "error" and stops. And the Spotify app doesn't have volume controls, so that's no help either. I really need to be able to adjust the volume on my music while I'm out walking.
Thanks!
