Hello Team,
Music control is not working properly in Versa lite and also automatic restarting the tracker. please help me to find out the service center in Delhi(India).

Thanks for the information that was shared in your post and for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you Versa lite auto-restarted and how many times since then? Are you performing an activity at the moment the device restart or this happens randomly? In regards music control, which mobile device are you using to use this feature? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I control music with my Fitbit device? and take in consideration all the information that's specified there.
I'd like to add that at this moment we do not have any service center in Delhi, India to check your device, however, please try the steps that were shared above and let me know if you experience the same situation.

Hello,
My Fitbit Versa1's battery has been draining severely from the last 2 weeks. It goes from full charge to say, 12% in about two days. This never used to be the case. How can I fix this? It has been less than a year since I have been using this device and I am a huge fan of Fitbit.
Please help.
