Hi, this is my first post so sorry if its long. I just recently purchased a Versa watch and put music on it for my workouts. I brought a pair of JBL Endurance Peak headphones to pair with my watch while I run, however when pairing them to the device there is a problem. Everything shows up fine on the device but after i pair and play music, my left earphone will play at a faster, higher pitch for a few seconds before stopping all together, while the right earphone works fine. I've used them on my smartphone and both seem to work fine so I'm stuck on what the issue could be? Any suggestions are appreciated, and thank you for taking the time to read my problem.

Hi @CX_Runner98, welcome on board. It's good that the community is growing!
Thanks for the information provided, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Nice job! This sounds strange, and to help you out, I'd recommend to try disconnecting your headphones from any device, and connect them again only to your Versa. If the same keeps happening, please let me know the following:
I look forward to your reply.

Same problem for me - exact same problem - using the Fitbit Versa paired with JBL Endurance PEAK headphones. I worked with JBL Support for about 40 min. They eventually sent me back to Best Buy Inc where I bought the headphones. Best Buy gave me a new set. But after pairing (again, very easily and successfully), the music starts with the left earbud at a slightly higher pitch - then within 2 seconds it quits altogether.
Simply incompatible??

I was losing my mind reading all the other forum posts for fixing Bluetooth connectivity issues, but nothing worked. I have the JBL Endurance Peak earbuds as well. Same issue. The left plays for a few seconds and then cuts out entirely. I think these headphones are incompatible with the Fitbit Versa 2. They work fine with my phone, but as a runner, it's more of a pain to carry that around compared to the watch. Is there a list of earbuds that work with the watch? If not, or if they aren't perfect every time, I will, unfortunately, need to return the watch. It's not good having fickle apps on an expensive watch.

Success with a pair of JLAB AirSports. Sync'ed and played immediately. Cheaper too. Not great volume, but I'm no longer picky - I just want something that works. I've pretty much concluded that Fitbit Versa and JBL Endurance Peak products are simply incompatible.

I am having the same issue. I get them paired and within 10 min both of them shut off - I get a loud squeal in my ear and then they disconnect. I thought it was my original pair, so I exchanged them, but the same thing is happening. This stinks because I really liked the headphones. Before I return them, was wondering if anyone has found anything that works?

I got a $60 pair of JLab Bluetooth earbuds (w/wrap-around stays) to work just fine. Paired fast & easy. All the controls on the Fitbit music player work on the JLab buds too.

i have the exact same problem and i tried disconnecting my Versa 2 from my phone and pairing only the earphones as suggested in another post, now it doesn't even pick up the earphones at all let alone the issue with the left earbud.
