I was so excited to receive my versa 2 for Christmas and after searching through the internet realized I cannot put music on it without pc or Mac!!! I have a chrome book and iPhone and don’t need anything else and cannot transfer my hundreds of songs from my phone directly to my versa!!!! I have seen this was talked about on here back in 2018 so two years later this has not been fixed!!!! My husband wanted to get me an Apple Watch but I wanted to stay Fitbit as this is my 3rd since getting one five years ago!! This is a huge fail for the money these cost and to make something so easy so difficult and impossible for people who don’t have a pc or Mac!!!! I want this fixed!!!
Hi @paula0001 , I searched for you the Feature Suggestion board, especially created for these kind of requests, and found an item about supporting Chromebooks. Unfortunately the status of this request is "not currently planned". Regards kuzibri
My wife and I enjoy the same situation. Hopefully, now that FitBit has become one of the Google constellation of products, the Chromebook issue will be reconsidered!
