I have never been able to do anything with the music feature despite many hours on my own and with Fitbit on the phone.

Hello @timwiese

I’m unsure if your having trouble listening to music or setting it up. Maybe this Fitbit Help Article will clarify listening issues here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251.htm If setup is an issue look here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2285.htm. These YouTube video can help as well: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nM2O2e0PXog

😃 I hope this helps. Let me know

thanks for the help.

I followed the steps until I got to the screen where you drag and drop your
music files in and nothing happens after I browse and paste and then I
tried just dragging and dropping nothing happens.

Hello again @timwiese

I dug around and found a forum thread discussing this issue here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Can-t-transfer-music-to-my-Versa-2/td-p/501.... Pay close attention to the moderators detailed instructions.
Also keep in mind this:

  • To download music files, they must fall under one of the following audio file types:
    • Windows 10
      • MP3 files
      • MP4 files with AAC audio
      • WMA files
    • Mac
      • MP3 files
      • AIFF
      • MP4 files with AAC audio

😉 I hope this helps….please keep me posted on your progress
