Hello,
Got a Versa just now and want to transfer music from PC to Versa without Deezer.
Found the info to install fitbit connect on the PC but this program connects to other watches but not Versa. There is a notice that Versa is only for mobile setup.
But in the Fitbit app installed on an iphone 5S I find nothing about transferring music to Versa.
Can anyone help me???
Many thanks in advance

Here I'm again:
I found where to add music in the fitbit app, but it says: use fitbit software on Your PC to organise music for Versa. But as I told above, the software doesn't work for versa!!
What's going on here??
Thanks for any help!

First of all, you cannot transfer DRM-protected music (so no music from streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music etc. will work). These have to be non-DRM, local offline files (e.g. your personal MP3s).
Second, please study the guide: help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AFAQs&fs=Search&pn=1
Third, have you downloaded this app? http://cache.fitbit.com/FitbitConnect/FitbitConnect-v2.0.2.7038-2018-04-11.exe

Thank You for the reply.
Yes, it was this version. It seems that it doesn't work for Versa on a Windows 7 PC.
Now I tried it on Windows 10 and could not even download the app at all. At the moment it seems to be a problem of the appstore on Windows 10, so I will try again.
Best regards
