Music from my Versa keeps turning on and off?

I just got my Versa a week ago and finally figured out how to add music, but now I am facing another dilemma, the music itself stops and starts on its own ever 2 seconds. Is there any way to fix this? Any ideas would be helpful!

@TheMoonWalker_ Have you tried rebooting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?

Hey @TheMoonWalker_, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Could the issue be with the headphones that you are using with your Versa? I would suggest you to try to restart your Versa as @Marrrmaduke mentioned and then try to un-pair and re-pair your Bluetooth headphones again.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the tip!

I have tried what you told me and it worked for a day, but returned to its original state again.

@TheMoonWalker_ Does it happen with a particular song? Or artist? I am wondering if one of the files is corrupted. You could always re-lead the music again to your Versa, reboot and see if that stays. If not, the next step would be a factory reset. But, if I were you I would wait a bit as a new firmware update (Fitbit OS 3.0) is currently being rolled-out. This may resolve that bug for you.

@Caliboy I am sorry to hear that but the bunch of info that you have provided in your post did not help me either. How about you start with addressing some of my questions from this post? Also, which Versa firmware are you running?
