I was transferring music on my Macbook Air and left my mac on idle for 5 minutes and noticed the Fitbit Connect stopped syncing with the music transfer. However, my Versa is still showing "Transfer in Progress..You may use other apps.." I restarted my Mac, tried to resync with my Fitbit and nothing is working. I am still getting the same message when I click on Music on the Versa. Help!

Hello there @manojk, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I saw you were having troubles to transfer music to your Fitbit Versa. My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes?
For additional help, I would lie to recommend the following help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
For some other tips, perhaps this post will be of your aid. The post was originally for Ionic, however the Music transfer is the same with Versa.

Hi @MikeP70, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community and my apologies for the late response. I was reading in your post that you were not able to get outside of the transfer screen. I'm wondering how it goes? Are you still experiencing troubles with this issue?
In case the issue persists, I would like to share my experience; since I had a similar trouble with transferring music. My workaround was to perform a restart on the Fitbit Versa. For more help this article will guide you through: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After this I cancel the music transfer in the computer and I closed my Fitbit Dashboard. In my case was with the Windows 10 app, So I closed and opened the app again and I started the process again. Since my playlist was created inside the Fitbit app, the progress were picked it up from where it was left.
