Music is choppy when using my Versa with BT headphones

Bluetooth headphones connected to Versa but music playing through Pandora is very choppy. Already tried unpairing and repairing the headphones, turning off/on Versa, clockface is not from a 3rd party and the headphones work perfectly with phone. Is there a fix for this?

@Mmmason welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the Bluetooth headphones are not working properly with it. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the following troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for this type of issues:

  • Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  • Put the headphones in pairing mode
  • Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

Finally, try pairing your headphones with your Versa again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
