Purchsed Airpods.. it took 4 or 5 attempts to pair,, finally paired but now wont play music through Versa??

i can access the music,, the volume control is ok it just wont play?

have used 2 other JBL bluetooth earbuds for a year, no issues

This Versa has been a constant nightmare

any suggestions other than restarting watch, phone, redoing bluetooth

Done all these 5 times,, sick of this

@Djgriese airpods are not compatible. Known issue.

For what it's worth, my airpods are working OK with my new Versa 2.  I initially had volume problems as well as a problem where the watch would not play any of the music I had downloaded.  This seemed to be fixed when I switched the control from watch to phone and back again.  At that point, music played and the volume was higher and controllable.  Maybe that will help you.

 

I find that the chat support can be helpful as well.
