There are many old, closed threads about music skipping and the issue being that Versa did not support BlueTooth 5.0 (so Apple Airpod Pros, for example). I just tried this today, and the music is skipping terribly, even though both the headphones and the playlist work fine on other devices. I have an original Versa, version 32.72.1.19 per the 'about' screen - has this problem been resolved yet?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your headphones.
Fitbit Versa contains Bluetooth 4.0 but many users have been able to connect and use Bluetooth 5.0 headphones with no problem.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Versa by following these instructions.
In addition, you can remove and reconnect your Bluetooth audio device to your Fitbit watch. For instructions, please visit this article.
