Music stops through Bluetooth headphones on Versa

Hey everyone,

So I just purchased my versa and was excited to find out that I can use Pandora with bluetooth headphones. I have a pair of Tzunami Sound Mates that I have been trying to connect. I have successfully paired them to each other (the earbuds) and have also paired them to the Versa. When I start playing pandora, the non-main earbud plays for a few seconds then stops. I have tried switching the main bud (left or right) and it does the same thing. Is anyone else finding this problem? It works for about two seconds then one of them stops while the other continues to play.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Jwcalove! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already switching the main bud to try solving the interference while listening to music on your Versa.

If the music sounds distorted when using earbuds paired with your Versa, please try the following:

- Restart your Versa
- Unpair and repair your Bluetooth earbuds
- Make sure to wear your Versa on the same side as the receiver on the headphones

In some cases the Bluetooth version might be or not affecting the signal. It also depends on the type of headphones the users have.
