Music transfer and wifi

So I'm trying to set up music on my versa and it appears my laptop won't find my versa and pair. I've searched this forum high and low basically I've gone from connecting to my home WiFi which is 5GHz to using my mobile hotspot which is 2.4GHz but still nothing it just keeps saying looking for tracker I'm at my wits end trying to connect my versa to my laptop.

Someone please help!!!

im getting annoyed with the thing i finally managed to change my settings on my laptop app to the classic or whatever the previous version was and my versa connected plus it was plugged in via USB its just not connecting to wifi at all even tho its 2.4GHz

Im using a MAC and watching the youtube video now…..hopefully it works.

Did you manage to sort it? My watch now won't sync with my phone 😑

Ok, I needed to download an additional application from the App Store called “Fitbit Connect” and after that was downloaded, I was able to establish communication between the computer and the Fitbit.

I looked for this in my laptop app store but it just showed the fitbit app I already had
