My versa watch is connected to the wi fi, but when I access the fitbit app on my pc in order to download music, the fitbit app doesn't see the wi fi.  Please can you tell me what I'm doing wrong

I should say, the phone is also connected to the same wi fi, but the computer won't see the network at all.  I really would like to transfer some music but cannot see a way to do it.  Please help!

I have the same problem. My PC is right next to my router and so is my Versa and both show good WiFi signal. The Versa will say it is connected and ready for transfer, but my PC won’t see it. I got about a dozen songs to load by repeatedly refreshing until a few went through eventually. The rest won’t transfer because it can’t connect and there’s no hard line option.
