Hi everyone,

 

I bought Apple AirPods for my Versa today. I also uploaded music on my Versa and it worked perfect. But when I tried to change the volume, it didn’t work. Sometimes the volume is super high, sometimes super low. I restarted my Versa, but that doesn’t work. I really hope someone can help me, because the watch and AirPods are expensive enough! Thanks

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you verified that this issue is directly with the Versa? Are you seeing the + and - icons to control the volume? Have you tried to control this directly from the AirPods? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I control music with my Fitbit device?.

I'm having the same issue.  The volume controls don't work with AirPods.  The volume is essentially set at the last volume setting on your phone before your pair the AirPods to the Versa.  Once paired you can't change the volume with the volume controls on the watch.  Arrrrgh!

Cannot control the volume on my versa when paying music with AirPods.  The volume controls are there but pressing them does nothing.  The volume that is set on my phone at the time the AirPods are paired is the volume setting you get.  And yes, I read your instructions.  It's NOT working.

Unfortunately I can’t help you, as I am experiencing the same issue. 😞

It makes me feel a bit better, that I am not by myself with this issue as I was going crazy to find a solutions for it. I thought I am the only one not being able to do it.

I know this doesn’t solve our issue, but hoping that Fitbit can maybe work on this and find a solution!

I recently bought a pair of iPods to use with my watch and am having the same exact issue. I cannot use the volume control on the watch. Mine plays too loud. I’ve tried connect iPods to my phones and then connecting to versa and volume is still the same. Is this something Fitbit can look into and fix? Super annoying to go back to a corded headphone set up!!
