After two days of frustration, I was finally able to download my music to the Versa 2. However, it absolutely will not play through my wireless headphones which are paired to he Versa 2. This is the most unfriendly piece of technology I have ever owned. No information found on this site has been helpful. My husband is going to try to get it to work and if he can't figure it out, I will be returning it.
Appears to be nothing more than a waste of $200
