Yesterday, I tried to upload music on to my Versa 2.
It connected and I could see all my music (I have 25 songs) like normal. I then clicked browse and selected the song I wanted but it didn't add it still said I have 25 songs. I tried a few other songs and they did the same thing.
Is there any way to fix this?

This has to be one of the most frustrating things regarding this watch.
I was able to add music once, once!! since then never again. I have read all the dozens of posts in this forum regarding this issue, and yes it is an issue, and all of them point to the same Fitbit provided page! It is incredible how such a nice feature, which is indeed a key factor when deciding to buy this watch, can create so many problems.
I wonder why isn't Fitbit looking into this?? So many people complaining!
I can see my phone is connected, i am on transfer mode but... it just does not allow me to add music to the playlist. It just does not!
Even when i follow step by step the procedure, it just does not work!!
And all those help article add "0|", i repeat "0" to solving the problem!
What a shame!

It is now well in to 2022 and it still does not work!
