Customer service (4 ASSOCIATES) can't figure this out so maybe someone else can. To make a long story short, I can't xfer music to the versa. Details:
-I have only 1 wifi network.
-I have Windows 10.
-Versa does connect to WiFi.
-Versa batt always about 80%.
-Network is on private sharing and on wpa2.
-Bluetooth on phone is off.
-Versa syncs fine with desktop app.
-I've installed/uninstalled/restarted/shutdown/reset everything in multiple sequences.
-On the desktop this is the process. Music note<personal music<(popup) that says looking for your watch... but never ever finds it! My watch has no issues going into transfer mode either. I've gone through the manage storage and it confirms it's connected to WiFi bc I get the green check mark. Help me SOMEONE!!

@Blckshldmdn Is your Versa in a charging dock? If not, reboot your computer, Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears) and plug into the charging dock near your router.

It wasn't in the charging dock for a couple procedures that I did. I wasn't directly by my router but pretty close to it but it's always charged up to 80% or more. I will be happy to try what you say though!

IT WORKED! IT WORKED! Months of frustration have finally come to an end. I put the Versa on the charger and literally right next to the router. No more going for a run with my phone. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Marrrmaduke! 👏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾✊🏾🥳
