@VijayNallam It would be easier to help you if you could be a bit more detailed about where you are having trouble. How far along in the process have you gotten before you got stuck? Here's a YT video that shows the process for Windows 10.

Did you install the Fitbit app for Windows 10 onto your computer? If not, here's a link. Scroll down to the bottom and choose the Windows 10 link in pink o the Windows store.

Do you actually own the music you are trying to transfer? Music downloaded from a streaming service for offline listening won't then further transfer to you Versa due to DRM tags placed on the music by the music industry.
Are you using the 2.4 ghz WiFi band in your home? Is your Versa on the charge cradle and plugged into the computer as you attempt the transfer? Does the Fitbit app on your phone and/or your Versa show that the Versa is actively connected to the WiFi? I find that I need to refresh the WiFi connection of my Versa before opening the Fitbit app on my computer and proceeding to Manage my Music. If I do the reverse my computer never finds my Versa.
Please provide some further details.

@VijayNallam I'm not a Fitbit Team member. Just another user posting what has worked for me. It sounds like all is good for you until you reach the step where the Versa and the computer need to connect. As my post indicated, I need to make sure that I refresh my wifi connection using the Fitbit app so that my Versa is connected to wifi then go into the Music app on the Versa and select "Transfer Music" BEFORE I open the "Manage My Music" section of the Fitbit app on the computer in order to get mine to connect. It does take about 10-15 seconds to make the connection. I've read here that Fitbit recommends to turn off the bluetooth in the computer and your phone so that the Versa is fully available to make the connection to the computer. Others have posted that this connection doesn't want to work for them either. Maybe someone else will contribute if they were able to finally make the connection. For me, if I follow the steps outlined, it works.
Good Luck.

@VijayNallam aside from everything already mentioned : make sure your Versa is in the charging cradle (and charging) and as mentioned in the post above that you select the "Transfer music" button on the bottom of the Music app on the Versa. Otherwise nothing will happen. Also, you should be not too far away from your wifi router!
@kcroninGreat to see you in the community and giving very constructive help!
