Help! I work on an office and take it easy most of the time. I use my versa as a smart watch and as a pedometer. I am fairly attached to it.

I wish it felt the same way about itself as I do.

The face popped out while making a left hand turn! The watch still seems to work but is obviously vulnerable to damage now that the body and face are divorced. I am sure it is 0% waterproof on this condition. What can I do?

Unfortunately, fitbits don't tend to be repairable so it needs to be replaced. Whether or not you are covered by warranty partly depends on where you are - the standard warranty is 12 months but it's 24 months in Europe. Either way, it would be worth contacting customer support to see if there is anything they can do to help: contact.fitbit.com
