My 250 steps are being tracked on my Versa phone but not syncing to my phone since the 11am update this morning ( only shows 4 on app) . Every thing else seems to be syncing yet the message on app says last synced at 11:35 . Any ideas

Hey @ChrisRees, welcome aboard! So all of your data (steps, distance, calories, etc.) seems to be syncing fine but the hourly activity, right? If so, let me suggest you to log out out/lo in to your Fitbit account, turn off the Bluetooth on your Android, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on and then sync your Versa.
Let me know if the issue persists. 😉

Hey @supersour, welcome aboard! I'd like to know if you already tried to log out out/lo in to your Fitbit account, turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on and then sync your Versa. That might help you out with this issue.
@ChrisRees is it your Versa syncing your hourly activity normal again?

I also am having the same issue, all my steps are tracked and my water is showing and my meals but the calorie in vs out is wrong. When I am on my fitbit screen on my Galaxy S6 Edge it says last synced yesterday evening at 7:00 p.m. This is so frustrating and on my work phone Galaxy Note 8 it is not syncing at all any of my data. Could it be that I bought new wireless headphones and I synced them with my Versa and my music played. But I then deleted them thinking this was the issue.

Any resolution?
I've had my Versa for less 3 days. Text not coming though, steps not registering, all day sync isn't working, force sync isn't working (Galaxy S9), etc. I've had to restart the versa multiple times, shut down the phone app, remove & reinstall the phone app, Bluetooth un-pair & re-pair, remove all other paired devices from Bluetooth, add the versa back to Bluetooth, etc. The list is long and duplicative.
Right now, it looks like most things are working except the hourly count tracking & versa to phone sync. My versa was showing nothing for the day, now it shows a couple hours of goal reached (not correct). The phone app, after several refresh, shows no hours of goal reached. Today, 've turned off all notifications, shut both down, started it back up again, turned notifications back on. That got a couple hours on the device but still nothing on the phone FitBit app. Steps are accounted for in total step count in both the phone and the device, just not in hourly.
I had ZERO issues with my Alta HR. Only upgraded because fitbit offered a 50% off coupon as a fix for my Alta HR screen that kept popping out. Really concerned that this model is a lemon.

I started having this issue yesterday. Today, after turning off and on Bluetooth, turning off and on the phone, deleting the Versa and reinstalling to the app, deleting the app and reinstalling on my phone, AND contacting customer support in regards to this issue, I still have issues. The Versa itself is working just fine, but it isn’t syncing the appropriate data (sleep, hourly activity). On my Versa, currently it shows 8 of 9 hours active, in my app, it shows 5 of 9. 🤷🏼:female_sign:
