My 6-month old Fitbit Versa does not start

I bought a new Fitbit Versa in Feb 2019 from an outlet in Changi Airport. Its display is not working since few days. I drained the battery and recharged (I faced a similar problem a couple of months ago and draining/recharging worked) but the display is not on. I tried reinitializing the watch by holding all the 3 buttons for 15 seconds and releasing the right bottom - no effect.

How can I get this rectified. Very disappointing .

Exactly was is happening to me since yesterday. I'm going to the store I brought it from because it's been right at 7 months

Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please restart your device by following these instructions (which are different from the one you mentioned) and see if this helps.
