Since the update a couple of days ago my Versa Lite has been absolute crap.....!
Its always worked fine however the last few days the readings are way, way off.
For example, my step count today is around 15k which is accurate however... My "Zone Minutes" are showing over 800 (!!) and my heart rate is constantly over 140 even when sitting...
It also shows "intense activity" when I haven't even moved.
It was the same yesterday.
My sleep is tracked and shows a time but can't show any other data as it says it couldn't accurately read HR
Except for the 79 zone minutes at 2am..
I love using my Versa Lite to track my step count - only had the watch for 10 months but it seems this update is useless.
I've spoken to customer support who advised to unpair the watch, reset and reconnect - which has had zero effect!
Anyone else experiencing the same?
