My Beats won't connect with my Versa

I can't get my Beats to pair with my Versa. Help! When I go to Settings, Bluetooth and hit Audio Device, it can't find them. It pairs fine on my iPhone though.

@SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since your Beats are not connecting with it. By the way, I appreciate the time spent trying to resolve the issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd just like to know if you followed the steps to connect your Beats as described in this help article.

Hi,

 

Thanks for replying. I did try the steps in the link you provided and they still didn't sync. Is there anything else you can suggest? My beats connect to my iPhone with no issues.
