Here’s a new user of Fitbit from Hong Kong 🙂 I bought my Fitbit yesterday ,and I realized it can’t connect my Bluetooth earphone..it’s so frustrating as I tried so many times ,and the Versa said”no device searched”, when I try to connect my phone with my earphone,it’s successfully connected..what should I do?you know what..I don’t wanna return back to the company,I used up the whole night to set my Fitbit, like downloading songs..

Hey @Siuren, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate you have taken the time to try a couple of tips to connect your headphones with your Versa. As I have mentioned, our team is aware that there are some inconveniences between third-party headphones and the Versa so I will ask you to be patient while they work on this. .

I will appreciate your understanding!

I really hope it can solve as soon as possible as this feature is the only
reason I choose this product, is it any update when this is done?

Can someone please tell me what has been done about this problem. I don't want to hear that your working on it or that you are aware of it, I want to know how to solve it. I bought this simply because of this feature only to find it is rubbish. I am so disappointed with this product and think it's time that fit bit sort it or start giving compo..

Hello @Eugenea, thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have joined us and provided your experience about this situation. At this moment, I would like to ask you to try the following steps:

  1. Remove the headphones/earbuds from the list of Bluetooth devices on your watch.
  2. Remove them as well from the list of paired devices from your phone.
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
  4. Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  5. Restart your headphones/earbuds according to the manufacturer instructions
  6. Set up the headphones/earbuds in your Versa again.

I hope this can be helpful, give these steps a try and let us know the outcome!

I am having the same trouble connecting my Sony Bluetooth earbuds to my Versa2. Can you offer any suggestions?

Unpair bluetooth from  your phone first,  I  just did this,  and the bloody things paired in seconds.

Would it be impossible for this to be a set up instruction? I spent at least an hour faffing,  and then found it somewhere on YouTube 🤯

I should have said,  unpair your earbuds from your phone,  then go to settings on your Fitbit and select bluetooth, manage connections..........

Thank you. I will try that. However, I did speak with someone at the fitbit tech help center and she told me versa 2 only supports bluetooth version 5 and above. My earbuds are 4.2 version.
