My FitBit is not working with my Huawei Honor 5C

My FitBit is having a hard time connecting to my phone, sometimes it just stops working all together. I have yet to succesfully pair to my phone for GPS. This also robs my of notifications to my wrist sometimes. For context I have a Huawei Honor 5C running OS6 android, and I have turned on Location services.

Heeelp, I really love the design and feel of my new watch, I don't wanna downgrade again. 😞

Hope you can help me.

Do I need a patch or something?

Hi, as per this list, your phone is not in the listed devices supported by Fitbit. That's why you have these problems. Nevertheless it might be possible that it will be supported in a short while. Meanwhile you can try to connect your Versa to your PC with Fitbit Connect. See this article how to do that. Press the link, scroll to "Trackers and Watches" and scroll down to underneath the first video where it says "Fitbit Connect".

Well that is a shame.

Any idea when my phone will be compatible with my new watch?

Otherwise I might return it and wait for updates or me getting a new phone.

Hi, no idea when it will be supported. I had the same issue when I bought a new phone. This was also not supported initially, so I used the Fitbit Connect method. After 2 or 3 weeks I checked the list and my new phone was on the list and working fine. So, all in all, it's up to you what you're decide to do.
