I have had my Fitbit versa 2 for about three months. It has been kept in good condition, but now it won’t work. It went dead and refuses to charge and is just getting hot. I tried restarting it but now it won’t even do that. I’ve tried getting a different charger but that didn’t help either. I don’t know how to fix it, or how to get a new one. Someone please help!

Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 got hot and won't take a charge even with a different charger, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can review it and assist you accordingly. You will receive an email from them soon.
