My Fitbit Versa 3 just stopped working

Hi, I noticed the last 48 hours all of a sudden my Fitbit said “clock error” my son and I tried to problem solve and nothing. We looked it up and it said to power it off and then turn it back on, well now it doesn’t turn back on. I got it this past January for Christmas.
