Despite following all the different steps suggested by Support to sync my Fitbit to my Android 8.1.0 it just won't do it. Last Sync was on Wednesday 19 Jan at 10 am. There is a phone icon with a strickethrough on my whatch.
Any reasons why this might be?

Hi @eKokeshi - the icon is a status indicator showing your phone isn't connected.
Did you restart both watch and phone and ensure there are no other phones or devices with Bluetooth on.
