The top portion of my fitbit versa 3's wristband won't secure into the watch anymore. Is it totally broken? Will buying a new wristband fix this problem?

Hello there @StevenHolt, welcome to the Fitbit Community. 

I'd like to understand if the part of the device that is broken is actually the band or the device itself. Could you please confirm if this is how your device looks?
