My Fitbit Versa does not receive notifications

I'm very disappointed to say I got the new Fitbit versa about 6 months ago and recently just got a new phone the Huawei Pro20 and they do not sync together. I don't receive notifications to my Fitbit anymore which is upsetting and I love my phone and don't want to return it. Does anybody know why they don't connect?

Fitbits are a bit of a problem for Huawei phones. I doubt it will get better in the near future. So if notifications are important to you then you need another phone. But if yiu love your new phone and can live without notifications then stay as you are. Here is the Supported Devices List

you know.. I read your post.. and i said.. hey my notificiations stopped working

 

of course there are so many bugs that i keep installing and removing apps etc etc

 

so in those moved.. my notifications were actually OFF.. so o turned them on.. phone whined at me a bit.. restarted it a couple of times and got my notification working again
