My Fitbit Versa fell off my wrist

The tracker fell off my wrist. Its not  my fault that the band on it was faulty. Ive only had it less than 5 months,  how can it just fall off?

These devices are not cheap and its bullcrap  that I have to buy another one.  Ive been with Fitbit for a long time and their common solution is a 25 percent discount.  I wish I would of read all the reviews before buying one. It seems like im not the only one with that issue.  This company's product quality is terrible.  The lifespan on these devices sucks as well. I had the flex for 1.5 years and it fell off my wrist and lost it. The alta stopped charging after 1.5 years and the blaze's heart rate monitor stopped working after 1 year 8 months. These devices are not cheap to have to be replacing every 1-2 years. After this new versa I get, Im done with Fitbit.  There are other smart watches on the market more expensive,  but I rather pay more and get a better quality watch that isnt going to fall off or die after 1.5 years. Garmin is going to be my next watch as I know people who have the watch and speak very highly of their experience.

Yes, I know exactly where I lost it. I called the place Nd nobody turned it in. I even went back there and looked everywhere but nothing.

this is so painful to read same problem highlighted in July 2019, now its November 2022  [more than 3 years] and we have to deal with same issue without any innovation to address it.

I hate all the straps they have for sale. I have to buy mine off eBay as my skin reacts badly to silicone stars and the buckle straps cause itchy bumps to rise. I get the adjustable elastic strap. Save me from fiddling with the strap all the time
