 I've cleaned it, tried different outlet, taking it off the charger and putting back on. Anything else I can do?

Hi @TadaBoone and welcome!

 

Short of contacting Support, the only other thing I can think of is making sure the charging pins are lined up. If that doesn't work, it sounds like there's something wrong with the charger and it may need replacing.
