My Fitbit Versa has the white screen of death

My Versa randomly just stopped working. The screen lights up but nothing is on it except for a little white line on the top. Then, it all glows white with lines in it. I tried restarting it , then factory resetting it, but nothing works. I bought it brand new and sealed, so there couldn't have been anything wrong with it. And its just been a little over a month. I'm just a little 15 year old gay boy and I don't really make money, so I feel like I just wasted $230. Help, please

It sounds as if you have done everything you can do so you will need to contact Support (link in my signature) or if you bought it locally return it to the store. It should still be covered by the warranty so don't despair!

Yeah, but I bought it from EBay, and even though it was new and sealed, they won't accept it.
