This smart watch is disappointing to say the least. My watch is just 4 months old and discharges in short period of a day now. My father had a Fitbit ionic and he had to discard it in a year because it’s touch screen does not function anymore. The customer support is just nonexistent! Can these guys help.

@Ria-himank, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa's battery began to drain fast. I totally understand how you feel.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
