Hi.. I am unable to receive notifications on the watch.. have tried everything like restarting the phone and the watch. Even tried with factory settings and deleting and reinstalling the app again.. I am really worried please help. I hope buying this watch was not a mistake.

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app
2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher
3) Restart your OnePlus device
Notifications are working flawlessly on my OnePlus 7 Pro for months (on Android 9 and currently on Android 10).

I am also facing the same problem that notifications were not occuring on my Versa 2 watch bought this week. i tried all troubleshooting steps and deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my device a 100 times but the notifications occur for an hour or two and then again it stops.
I mailed to the one plus customer care and they told that our oneplus devices ate jot on their list of supported devices. only oneplus device compatible is one plus 6 and not models which came after that.
The oneplus customer care told me to write in the one plus community to add our one plus devices and that is the only option we have as per them.
