Hi - Since last 2-3 weeks, my fitbit is not starting. I charged it again assuming that battery may be not charge but then also its not working. Is there any fitbit service center in Pune?

 

Any help/suggestion is welcome.

@PriyanshuS welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not starting or turning on even though you've made sure to charge it completely.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

 

Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid that there is not a Fitbit Service center in Pune. However, you can keep getting in touch with us through the Community, chat or email.
