My Fitbit Versa isn't working properly

I bought the Fitbit versa and in one year it broke twice. customer services sucks and do not have any escalation process.

It is scovered but it would take 12 days to arrive.

@Moshark  if it is covered, why not take advantage of it and get a replacement? You can manually log your steps until it arrives.

I am waiting on the replacement but I don't want to use their products anymore
