My Fitbit Versa slows down so it's unusable when Heart Rate is ON.

My watch is really slow and hangs frequently. But if I turn Heart Rate OFF it speeds up and functions as normal. Whenever I turn Heart Rate ON again it slows down again, and it's really hard to just be able to enter the menu with the Heart Rate setting.

Sometimes it seems like adjusting the watch on the wrist helps, but I haven't been able to reproduce the readjustment fix consistently.

This behaviour started quite recently, as in recent months.

Updating the firmware on the watch seems to have resolved the issue.

Hi, reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. Sometimes you need to do that more than once. See if that solves your problem. BTW, are you by any chance using a Third Party Clock Face, cause the can cause problems after upgrading to the newest FW version .30.

I'm using a clock face I made myself, are you saying that it might cause an issue? If so, what is the issue so that I can resolve it?

I've tried rebooting multiple times, and sometimes it fixes the issue but only momentarily.
