I went in on a trek for few days where it was quite cold. It was raining too. My Fitbit was well charged and then suddenly it’s battery drop down and it went off. When I returned home I tried charging it but it didn’t work. My watch never got charged. And was switched off. And now it’s dead. What might be the problem? And what can I do it. I am here in Nepal and i brought it from Australia. Now we don’t have authorized service centers here in Nepal. Is there anything Fitbit can provide me with?

Hello my friend, @Rayna25M, there's no Fitbit service centers anywhere. Second, have you contacted Support and asked them for a Battery Test? They would be able to help you diagnose the problem that way.
