I have had Fitbit for years. I have had their devices for years, including the flex, alta, and versa. I even work with Charge 3's at work. Since January, my Versa, which I have had since July of 2018, will not retain its charge when taken off the charger. When on charging dock it will light up and receive notifications from my iPhone 11. However, the moment I remove it from the charging doc it will die. Right before I had this problem the watch's HR monitor no longer worked.
I have followed all of the provided Fitbit guidelines provided for how to charge a Versa with no success. Has anyone else had this problem in the past? I really do not want to have to buy a new brand of watch, but if these devices only last a a year and a half I may have to.

Hi @Cor_See, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't hold a charge when off the charger.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if doesn't turn on when removing it from the charger.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
