My Fitbit Versa will not pair up to Bluetooth on my iPhone.

I received my Fitbit Versa  May 2018 and loved it.  Then sometime early fall, I quit getting text messages on it.  I have been reviewing everything and doing what it tells me to do.  When I go to bluetooth it says that I am connected.  But that  is not true.  When I am in the notifications part of the Fitbit app, it says I need to sync with my phones bluetooth system.  I have even removed my fit bit and and then reset it up, and still not getting the messages.  Other then that I love it!  But I would really like to receive notifications  of text and phone messages.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
