Hi,
I haven’t had my Fitbit versa for even a year yet and it has completely stopped working. I have tried holding the buttons explained in some of these other chats and it looks like the screen wants to come on, but nothing. It won’t charge either. Any suggestions?? Am I able to take it back to the place it was purchased from to get a new one? Am I able to send back to Fitbit?? This is not a cheap device and would love for it to still be working. Thank you for any help you can provide!

I had the exact same issue, I called them after trying the reset, restart and charging the devise. They ended up sending me a refurbished watch face as mine was still under warranty. I would call them and explain the situation and everything you have tried. I believe this is a known issue with the Versa.
