My Fitbit Versa will not turn on

My fitbit died and I put it on the charger, but it has not powered back on. No green lights nothing. It was on the charger for 4 hours and still nothing. I have held the side button for 15 seconds and still nothing. I've only had it for 3 months.

I'd like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours again and see if it comes back to life.
