My Fitbit Versa is not giving me any notifications for my text messages. I restarted my phone and Fitbit. Checked my settings on my phone and my Fitbit app and I still can’t get them to show up. Please help!

Hi @AngelicaGarcia , text notifications are a problemat this very moment. For iOS users, due to the update to iOS 13 and regarding Android users. some of them have these problems after the latest Firmware update. So, two different problems. I know this does not help you at this very moment, but I do know that Fitbit is working hard to solve the problems. Regards kuzibri

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
