My Fitbit Versa won't turn on or take charge

Have tried all steps to reset and turn on but nothing works and its not even 1 year old please help 😞

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your watch comes back to life.

Tried changing that but never goes thru and no light show up on watch. Screenshot from all app on my phone it stuck there doesnt go past it.

I have the same problem it won't turn on it won't charge I've tried to reset it I've left it in rice and I've charged it to the computer and it will not turn on it does not do any lights nothing can somebody help me figure it out I just bought it and I have no receipt so I cannot return it but it's a Fitbit product and you think that they would replace their product I went swimming and it is waterproof from my knowledge and obviously it is not I'm very upset and very dissatisfied

I am having the same issue. I can see the fitbit logo blinking other than that It is not responding. I think factory reset is not working either.
