I plug in the Fitbit and it gets hot but won't turn on. I think it is broken, how do I get my order number and return it?

The first step in a warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
I'm sure they'll be able to help sort things out for you.

@laylairis welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the temperature that your Fitbit Versa experienced while charging, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
