I bought a fitbit from a local store and it wont turn on and i dont know if its charging i would really love too use it but it wont turn on i've tryed to reset it but it still wont work could really use some help please thank you.

@PatsyA welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not charging even though you have reset it before contacting our forums.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
