My fit bit started to glitch before I swam yesterday. I took it off my wrist and put it back in my bag. Once i reached for it again it was working. I plugged it in last night to charge and it hasn't turned on since. The green lights won't flash. I have tried pressing all of the buttons at the same time and holding down the back button to restart it, but nothing works.

@ErinK3 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have plugged in the charger and restarted it before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if your Versa comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
