I bought the Fitbit a little over a year ago. I barley got any use from it because I was worried about breaking it at work. So it has just been collecting dust. I recently decided to give it a try again. I let it charge for over an hour but when I try to turn it on all I have is a black screen. On the app it says it has a full charge. The Fitbit also hasn't been updated since September 2018. I have tried to factory rest the device with no luck. Is there anything else I can try

I have the same issue, though I have been wearing mine and its less than a year old, looking forward to responses

Hi @Brobro Have you tried restarting it several times? If not give that a try amd then leave on charge for a couple of hours and repeat the restarts etc. I wouldnt believe the full charge that the app is telling you unless it has synced recently - that will be from the last time it synced ,any months ago.

I have tried restarting it and letting it charge for a while with no luck
